Nice Starbucks just off the main drag in Hallendale. Its in a shopping plaza, so you can shop a bit and grab a coffee here. There is a large staff here and its been busy this morning but these guys are very efficient and make some decent coffee.

I like this starbucks. Indoor/Outdoor seating, low pretention, staff friendly especially for repeat customers. They brew Bold/Dark Roast thru late in the day unlike the Aventura shoppe which claims they do not brew Bold after noon - its pourover for Aventura. yuk. Manager Amaury always greets me well and stops and talks when I stay. I see him working/cleaning in the store and that is a good sign.

I'm up in the area once in awhile and have always liked this Starbucks. It's basically the main meeting point in Hallandale. All the employees seem to be happy and it's a pleasure coming here to grab a coffee or catch up on some work on my notebook.

This Starbucks is in a very convenient location in Hallendale Beach. It is fairly small and ALWAYS crowded! This is especially true when the Snowbirds are here during high season. Very international crowd. There are lots of places to sit outside, many covered. The service can be slow, but there are many outlets for power and the seating is fairly comfortable. Not the best Starbucks, but not the worst either.

So this is the closest Starbucks to me so I am always here. There is always a line but it's Starbucks. That's to be expected. I just wish it were larger. Some days I want to go in and sit and do some work but there is never anywhere to sit inside or outside. Excellent, but again, wish there was more seating.

They renovated this shop and it got very modern. High traffic all day . Many sandwiches and drinks. Its tough to get a table inside. Outside tables also available. Coffee the same as every starbucks

Since I'm a huge fan of Starbucks coffee I'm a frequent visitor there, but now I don't have a chance to sit down and enjoy my coffee - all seats are busy inside, and they didn't have a chance to restore roof outside, and it's not my kind of entertainment to sit in the sun and have a hot cup of cappuccino.

Typical Starbucks in a convienient location. Friendly and fast staff. My only issue with this location is the lack of indoor seating. Expect to see the place always packed, especially since the wi fi became free here.

This is more of a review of the chain than this location in particular; as far as I've seen they're all pretty much the same. That is one good thing I can say about Starbucks, they're extremely consistent. It doesn't matter what location, in any city or state, it's pretty much the same experience. I've maybe only had a couple times where my drink tasted strange or "off". And only one or two times where I've been disappointed in the service, because of turnaround time. My major complaint is the pricing. This place is way too expensive for what it is. I think I've averaged about $16 for two "grande" drinks and a couple pieces of cake. That's ridiculous. That and the special code you need to learn just to be able to order. Yes, like many of you, I learned the terminology, but I've always questioned the necessity of it. It was like leaning a different language. Overall, Starbucks is good for what it is, but I can't say I'm a huge fan.

Just an update about the WiFi... They now have partnered with Google, at this location, and the WiFi is blazing fast, even during peak hours. It's called "Google Starbuks," if you need to connect to it...

I have never had a problem in this location. Sometimes the line gets a little long but that's just due to its popularity not any indication of the staffs capabilities. I generally only get a drip coffee here so I can't comment on how the baristas make the mixed and more artisan drinks here.

They were out of dark and light roasts again today. Out more times than not. I asked why and she said they don't make the light after 7pm because it doesn't sell as well. Most locations will offer to make a pour over for a single cup, but not this one. The staff is hit or miss as well, as some are rude and act put out to do anything.

Not much to day in a Starbucks Coffee shop review. They serve coffee, have free internet and also sell coffee machines and accessories. I was surprised about the negative reviews; this is a busy Starbucks; yet it doesn't take any longer to get your coffee here then any other busy Starbucks. I have never had a drink order come out incorrectly here.

Terrible customer service and always super. Busy. If you dare to go there around 2pm you won't find A table inside even of your life depended on it!!!! Huge line, employees always look like they hate their job. Plus they hired a lot of young people , all the old staff is long gone. This barista didn't even bother to put her name on the name tag. She wrote "disaster" on it. It took me a month to find out her real name was Anna. All in all, that store needs to reconsider the customer service they're offering . Also if you go around closing time expect to be kicked out and make it known that they wanna get there as soon as possible !!!!!

I was in the area and not many options - I had my own cup, they gave me a cold tasteless coffee, they told me because it is vanila and is light. Then I asked for a dark roast, again not strong at all, I could see the bottom of my stainless cup. (yellow liquid). and only drop the price 10 cents. poor quality coffee. cold, tastless. I buy my coffee mostly at wholefood and for refill I pay only $1 -- starbucks does not support green projects, and does not a quality coffee. I will walk and find a better place.

I wrote to Starbucks corporate headquarters and received a thoughtful letter in response. Not only did the writer apologize for our multiple negative experiences at this particular Starbucks, but she said she would inform the branch itself of my feedback. Writing letters to the higher ups sometimes brings about a good result.

Stop in here every morning before work. Usualy pretty quick, but I am there around 7 or 8... Staff are nice. Remembered my name and order after second visit. Its a huge chain so you either go there or you dont... Better than Panera in the same plaza.
